Since moving to
Virginia, we have been blessed to enjoy fall colors in all their splendor. We love all things
fall: leaves, pumpkin goods, pumpkin carving, November 20, turkey.... And we have this special place where we like to go each October. The tradition actually started last year, after Kevin returned from a 6-week stint in Korea. We drove on
66-W about 1.5 hours from the city and found an apple orchard, so we decided to do some picking. We had a grand time, HELLO!... we were back together once again and we were outside enjoying nature. Two of the best things in life if you ask me. Here are some pictures from our excursion this year.

And this little fella was keeping a vigilant watch making sure we didn't take more than our fair share of apples.

This is us last year. Ahh, to be young and in love.

Also, I had a
birthday. AND awesome ice cream cake (my favorite!) for "birthday weekend." No, I don't know why I decided on a yoga pose for this picture.

We also started the Christmas season. Here is us all cleaned up and ready for the
Nutcracker at the Kennedy Center. Yes, we took the Noodle too.

Can't wait for our first
Christmas together! Va a ser genial.
you look great! Hope you guys had a great Christmas and New Year!
