100 days of laughs, yawns, bounces and cuddles... 100 days of more love than i ever thought my body could hold. When I became a mother to Paxton I discovered a new kind of love. It was intense, unconditional, complete. When Tiago was born, my heart expanded even more. If we have another child it might just burst.
In Korea, the 100-day mark after a baby's birth is called "Paek il" and it marks the end of the hardest/most dangerous period of a baby's life. Only after this period has passed are babies taken out. On our outings with Tiago, people would always make a fuss about his smallness. The novelty has decreased considerably since :) Also, we don't get scolded by the ajummas which is nice.
We didn't do the traditional family celebration and professional photo shoot, but here is Tiago wearing his Korean socks [and not being very cooperative] that day (December 30, 2012).
